ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (as long as you have completed the eighteenth year of your age and you are not in judicial custody regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while Andrianblue Spearfishing Equipment L.P. reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER VIA E-SHOP:

- Cash on delivery upon delivery of the product up to €150.00(Shipping of parcels are forwarded by Geniki Postal Company). Cash on delivery is only accepted for orders within Greece. All deliveries outside of Greece are handled by DHL.
- Payment by credit card / Debit card / Prepaid card
- Deposit to the company’s accounts at the following banks: Eurobank
When the consumer chooses bank deposit as the payment method and has not made the deposit within 3 working days, the order will be canceled and the consumer will be informed by email. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while www.andrianblue.com reserves the right to adjust the prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.
METHOD – TIME – SHIPPING COST
Product deliveries within Greece are made through the Geniki Postal company within 1-3 working days, except for hard-to-reach areas of mainland and island Greece where it may take 3-5 working days. Worldwide shipping is handled by DHL and delivery time depends on the destination. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, paid by the buyer. The orders are sent by our Company within 4 days of payment, as long as there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay. In any case of delay in sending the order, the customer is informed by phone or email. If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail. www.andrianblue.com bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for the best service for its customers.

- You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you bear the costs of transporting and returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them together with the legal documents (shipping note or sales invoice or retail sales receipt) and the packaging that accompanied the product. If the products are returned, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. Items that are defective or different from your order will be returned at our expense.
- In the case of product returns, order cancellations or your refusal to receive the product from the courier company, you are obliged – for tax reasons – to notify us through a responsible declaration of Law 1599/1986 of the reasons for your return, cancellation or refusal.
In case of refund due to unavailability of the product, this can be done within 10 working days.
Products whose packaging has been opened and installed cannot be returned.
