Sending parcels to all available Box Now service points in Greece.

In summary:

  • When ordering, the customer selects the Pickup Locker that serves him.
  • Receives by e-mail or telephone all the necessary information to collect his order and a personal code (PIN).
  • Visits and enters the code received at the Pickup Locker (APM) of his choice and the box automatically opens to receive his order.
  • BOX NOW’s Pickup Lockers operate 24/7 ensuring full access.

  1. Shipping abroad with a courier company:

We ship parcels abroad with DHL. The shipping cost is calculated before completing your order and is added to the total payment amount. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, paid by the buyer.

Goods travel on account and at the risk of the buyer.

For all shipments of products, the customer is obliged to check upon receipt of the products that he receives the products ordered in perfect condition and then to sign the accompanying form of the shipment. In the event that the product has defects resulting from transport (breaks, cracks, etc.) the customer must refuse the receipt and contact our company immediately. In the event that the customer receives the product, any errors that occurred during its transport are not recognized by our company.

 

Shipping Time:

Orders are shipped by our Company within 4  business days of payment, as long as there is no problem with availability or other reason for delay.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

 

  1. a) During periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  2. b) In the event that it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order) because, for example, your registered information is not correctly updated.

 

The company is not responsible in the event that the product is not received by you on the agreed delivery day through your own fault (either by the store or by the courier company or the transport company) or in cases of untimely delivery due to force majeure.

The company is released from its responsibilities for any delay that may be due to reasons of force majeure (such as weather conditions, customs, etc.) as well as any problems or the fault of the transport companies or courier companies.
