Modifying the order:

After the order has been completed, no changes can be made. In the event that the customer wishes to do so, he must cancel his order before completing it.

 Online orders are processed from Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Product availability:

 Products that are ready for delivery are sent within 4 days, while for products that are on order, the customer is informed by phone about the delivery time.

Any commission or other charges for the transfer of the amount is borne by the principal, i.e. you. The beneficiary should receive the entire amount of the order. When the transaction takes place within the same bank, there are no additional commission charges. In the deposit you should write your full name and order number as a reason. For payments by bank deposit from a third party bank, the receipt of the amount is confirmed by crediting the amount to our company bank accounts and not by showing proof of bank transfer from the third bank to our accounts. Products are shipped after confirmation of the deposit of the order amount.

Prices – Pricing:

All product prices of the online store are retail prices and include 24% VAT. The price charged to the customer is the one in effect at the time of the order. AndrianBlue reserves the right to modify the prices of its products, however, any such modification will not affect orders that have already been accepted by the Company. The transaction will be considered completed only after the Company sends a written electronic confirmation.

If the customer/buyer user wants a specific type of document (Sales Invoice, Retail Receipt), they can request it either in writing or by phone.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and duties, paid by the buyer.
